Doing 1gm of protein per body weight  in my diet from 8 weeks, with my usual workouts

love handles , mid section last few pounds lo stubbron fat lo clearly differnece kani pisthundhi

chicken, salmon, turkey, eggs, paneer, tofu

oats, rice for carbs

ofcourse any veggies & fruits

daily calorie intake lo major part should be protein anthe , eat any food as long as you hit the macros

 

always keep boiled eggs ready as a snacks

you better eat that much protein with lot of veggies
