Later resigned, joined new company and they filed another new H1 petition in Jun 2012 (you read it right.....cap quota was not used up) Mar 2014 - PD. Job hopping valla delayed. Apr 2022 - Filed EB2 directly with NBC Oct 2022 - Filed EB1 with TUB. Feb 2023 - GC Approved
