What other expenses are involved? One time and recurring. Do you have to pay anything for the place where you station this? Any approvals needed for the location? Restaurant means wait until someone takeover and then cry. break even all when you know how to cook. If you are a biscuit eater then it’s a biscuit. Or go to a food truck and say hey I cook biryani very well, do you want to taste it , if they say yes , start supplying it to them. -- this will not benefit you directly but you know how your cooking hand is . With more "return to work" mandates, if you come up with an innovative idea/food and the location, it could be a good business. However, It's not a business for me to invest in. This is the reason, I am not interested in Restaurant and food business. Too much of involvement is needed and you can't take a break.
