Food Trucks

Anyone invested in Food trucks business? What are typical returns?

Looks like a new Food truck can be bought for 60-65k.

What other expenses are involved? One time and recurring. Do you have to pay anything for the place where you station this? Any approvals needed for the location?

Truck means cry and you can close quickly. Restaurant means wait until someone takeover and then cry.

break even all when you know how to cook. If you are a biscuit eater then it’s a biscuit. Knowledge is not enough, hand should be in 🙋‍♂️

Start from selling home, see how things goes, you have to deliver as well initially, get feedback refine,.

Or go to a food truck and say hey I cook biryani very well, do you want to taste it , if they say yes , start supplying it to them. -- this will not benefit you directly but you  know how your cooking hand is .

Cooking tip: ajimoto esi M lo kalupu customers health ni :giggle: (Joking)

But have been hearing from a lot of friends in NC, Dallas and Bay area. With more "return to work" mandates, if you come up with an innovative idea/food and the location, it could be a good business.

However, It's not a business for me to invest in. Too much dependent on people to run it.

Just trying to get information from others if anyone is invested in these.

Agree on this part. This is the reason, I am not interested in Restaurant and food business. Too much of involvement is needed and you can't take a break.
