Just checking if anyone from here bought homes around Phoenix area for rental property. Prices are still high but some lenders like Lennar are offering lower rates.

Primary Home has much better rate… First Home buyer has even better rate. 
 

Avunu bro… Gilbert area lo chusa… meeku idea undha ? Pakkane Costco undhi but little expensive for an investment home anipistundhi.

Thanks bro. Lot of people are quietly buying in Arizona whether to retire or invest and eventually relocate etc,

It’s too hot weather in summer, highly doubtful if they will relocate there, maybe investing thinking they can sell later for profits or alternative to Dallas

Agreed on extreme heat in Summer. I am not looking to relocate either but considering a good place to invest and hope for capital appreciation along with rental yields.

Builders are offering these low rates because inventory is going to reach all  time high and buyers market just started in Phoenix.there will be huge price drops this year in Phoenix.check local Phoenix real estate YouTube channels.Also Already in desi WhatsApp groups investment home owners are begging for renters

3500 anna vastada anna rent? Already discounted interest so interest rates aithe tagavu at least next 1 year , new community ante additional prop taxes kuda undochu
