Friend in India on run with money

India lo una friend gadiki 7L paisal ichina, vadu ippudu absconded, he switched off phones, entire family is on run 

 

we filed a police complaint as the ps CI is our family friend. No break through from police yet 

 

but we got an message from attorney saying my friend filed IP and not be bothered 

 

mana paisal vache chance emaina unda? Any suggestions or inputs

No bro, vallu IP pette time lo abscond avtaru to escape from lenders. You can't do anything. Forget about your money.

 

Haami kinda emina teeskunnava 7lakhs ki? Theeskunte okay ledante neeku single paisa kuda raadu. IP time lo vallu declare chesina amount ne andariki equal ga distribute chestaru. So adi emina vallu declare chesi unte neeku konchem money vastadi ask lawyer about it

Vadu eppudu lawyer reach iyindo, lawyer send us notice today with dated 3 days back, they didn’t mention. About about how much money he declared IP

all it says is 

my client has declared IP, don’t contact him or harras him

Personal loans ki CIBIL score ante kashtam. Institutional (banks/societies etc) aithe velthayi.

Life goes on for them normally. Paina oka family 2Crs loss ayyaru ani cheppa kadha, loss chesinodu Karnataka lo settled doing some business. Phone change chesadu. Their son US lo MS ki vellaadu, job kooda chesthunnadu.

CI is family friend antunnavu kada. ask CI itself whether this notice is geniune and further what documents proves that he indeed filied IP.

natural ga chala mandi just fake notices pamputharu. court lo iP file chesthe chala properties assets andulo attach chestharu. lenders ki court valle ee assets attach chesam. please file amount lent as a petition ani. aa procedure ayyaka aa assets lo share istharu. so antha easy kadu vadu simple ga file chesanu ante.
