Is the EAD card lost in mail or not printed till now?

You have to prepare for the worst and be ready to spend money to litigate in court. I would say steven brown is the best bet but then lawyer,court ante definite ga 3K-5K avutundi i guess.

Maybe kotha technique emo for this new admin, law says employer has to check for EAD card physically and not just approval. If they dont send card for 3-4 months saying printing issues ppl will start losing jobs.

I dont think you need physical card anymore for I-9 .. some rules changed or updated. Did you get I-765 approved form atleast? Check with attorney or read I-9 acceptable docs
