It's mostly black money being channeled into these. 1. Buyers with black monies like Politicians, movie industry people, Beaurocrats 2. business people and Doctors. 3. Some investments funneling from other states. 4. Some IT and other allied guys, who sell off agriculture or some other land and buy these Even then as Hyderabad doesn't have a cap on what's being allowed a lot of the units are vacant.
