House is 3 years old. Someone purchased last month 701k. Meanwhile builder selling similar brand new house now 600k including incentives, rug pull. That 3 year old house value now 550k in one month from 701k

Builder used to sell these false hopes even for the other side when it began. No one expected them to build so densely. 
 

now he will sell new side with same false promises, people become bakras. In that heat desert, how can anyone expect one side views better than other side, think. Builder will build as densely as possible, considering falling home prices, they need to extract every penny possible from this project.

even today you can notice people commenting here still believing promises that there will be better views on other side of the road. How can there be better views in a desert?

It’s about 2 hours each way and office lo 6 hours. Total day 10 hours is not bad. Also carpool or tesla
