Konebhar6 Posted March 17 Report Posted March 17 @ErraBook_monagadu Mountain house new communities are selling fast anta? Incentives bane istunnaru ani vinna. Interest rates kuda drop ayyayi. They will probably drop a lot more in summer (depends on Feds decision). New updates? I see homes bought in 2022 - 2025 coming on the market now. It's funny they are priced more than newer homes. If they succumb to pressure, the market will drop quickly. But its summer time, and demand is usually more. Quote

He used that to get out of contract. Most people don't try, but they can get out even if they signed. You just have to talk nicely to the agent. Let your situation know. Fighting with them does not work. Quote

You can buy a home with bigger lot to place an ADU. Quote
