Sleeping. Just a bedroom community for blue collar workers. It is not suited for rto IT workers

@ErraBook_monagadu Mountain house new communities are selling fast anta? Incentives bane istunnaru ani vinna. Interest rates kuda drop ayyayi. They will probably drop a lot more in summer (depends on Feds decision).

I see homes bought in 2022 - 2025 coming on the market now. It's funny they are priced more than newer homes. If they succumb to pressure, the market will drop quickly. But its summer time, and demand is usually more.

MH lakeshore community just opened few weeks ago.. already lot of homes sold..it selling very hot..

Yes. A friend who booked in Dec-pulled back and bought now with bigger discounts.

He got lucky. Property tax was not finalized by then. He used that to get out of contract. Most people don't try, but they can get out even if they signed. You just have to talk nicely to the agent. Let your situation know. Fighting with them does not work.

Can we ask builder about ADU for renting purpose. What is the nice way to approach builder on ADU - Renting purpose

You have to get permissions from local authorities. Builder has nothing to do with it. 
You can buy a home with bigger lot to place an ADU.
