This is southern states own doing. Stupidly implemented population control programs at the behest of globalist UN agendas. Baboru is now singing have more kids tune.  

Delimitation won't be stopped. It's a futile battle. Southern states may fight more for getting their share from tax revenues. BJP may also chop down northern states and Bengal into even more smaller ones.
