College was giving them needed revenue to get going. but debts became huge and so they had to borrow more money and looked for big financier. that's when vishnu wife veronica parents came and gave money for debts in return for controlling ownership of college and total maintenance responsibility. So that's why manoj did not get any thing from them. even then he was okay but asked not to invest any more money for vishnu. but dad refused. vishnu also brainwashed his dad and moved all new money to the movie. finally manoj on roads now.
