More importantly, the world runs on law, not on ethics. If he committed a crime, why did Prosecution drop the charges? Once dropped, he is not longer a criminal. He has the right to win the suing case if it is for money he spent for unrealized degree. But the government also has the right to revoke his visa up to their discretion. The government should let him attain his degree and then choose to not support him further if that is what it wants. Why did he steal in the first place? Clearly he has criminalll intentions and good chance he will repeat it again in the future!!!! there are people who work hard, earn and live honestly and there are these criminalss like this guy who steal off of hardworking people, let him get his degree and kick him out. Anyways he will fail all background checks and many companies will reject his application so there is no point to stay here 1 Quote

While laws originated from ethics, the world has diverged from them a long time ago. So, legality matters. The actions they are taking are also on legal basis. When charges are dropped against him by the prosecution itself, he is no longer a criminal. Rest all doesn't matter. And you are tagging him as a criminal without a due hearing. That is not right as well. Background checks meeda nammakam ledu. There are many loopholes, particularly if you use a consultancy. Have you forgotten that case where a guy stabbed and killed a roommate over a simple argument? Look where he is now. He did not serve a jail sentence as well. He is enjoying a corporate and luxurious life in the USA. I forgot his name. If anyone can recollect his name, post his whereabouts too. @jbourne @jpismahatma @aratipandu @lollilolli2020 @dalapathi @Sucker @pizzaaddict @Anta Assamey nenu thopu.. na ayya thopu anukunta.. taagi room lo podichinodi peru enti? 2 Quote

At this point, all American universities established some kind of continuing education type departments anna...they are all ameerpet course degrees only.... you can find such masters degrees even in Ivy league schools...admissions are not competitive, everyone gets admitted..all teaching is done by adjunct professors.. Higher education in US is a big scam Quote

Vishnu Nali had his F-1 student visa terminated last Tuesday, along with other students across the country, according to a complaint filed on Friday in federal court against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Nali has been studying business analytics towards earning his master's degree from DePaul University, with his graduation scheduled for June 2025. According to the complaint, Nali's student visa was terminated after he was arrested last year for what his attorney calls "a minor shoplifting offense." A Chicago police report states Nali was arrested after he was caught stealing a pair of jeans Nike shoes and a shirt from a department store. Prosecutors later dropped the charges against Nali. https://abc7chicago.com/post/depaul-student-visa-revoked-vishnu-nali-slated-graduate-june-fighting-f1-termination-court-complaint-says/16172304/ nibba le kaadu le..manollu eppati nuncho ittanti vatilo exferts...machukki idhi choodu https://www.al.com/gulf-coast-crime-news/2010/02/city_crimes_jan_29-feb_2_2010.html "Feb. 1, theft, 3200 bl.
