Heard our telugu tejams tried to add some extras during construction without knowledge of builder using third party and builder found it. Cancelled contracts and deposit money is confiscated.

So simply home buyers walked in and added extras on their own while construction ? They can do it after closing too..no one can stop them from doing it.

Our telugu tejams did it. Yes they used some third party handyman to add some  extras on their own while construction.

After closing you need to tear dry wall so they thought its ok to add now.

if its just wiring and not modifying the structure it should be fine(permission teeskoni cheskunte .... i did the same for ethernet wiring) .... who knows what other funky things they have done

Until closing its not your home and builder is liable if anything goes wrong which is not in the design. So major builders wont agree for any additions until closing.

Any reputed builder wont do it. Manollaki docusign lo click chesude thappa eppudanna contract chadive alavaatunda. I have seen builder's sales rep ask "Have you not read through the contract once before signing?"

My build told "PLEASE DON'T GO TO SITE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT" 
I understand how many issues they might have received from tejams walking in when construction is going on.
