An average trained women can't beat an decently fit average man .

The weight difference ,size different is too much 6 inch height difference,broad shoulders denser bones ,and more muscle.

That's the truth.  They more most to their muscle mass in the lower body unlike men, which basically aids them in carrying baby with a low center of gravity. 

Upper body strength no comparison, elite athlete level women can't come close an average muscled guy. 

Women empowerment is what it exactly is. Moving them away from their child bearing abilities, another WEF elitist way to keep population in check. Unfortunately, it affects middle class disproportionately. This class is the most state indoctrinated populace.

The higher ones  wouldn't worry much anyway and lower ones don't care about it at all.

Then women can never get qualified in the first place. Even in back breaking agricultural work or construction work, the pay for a man and woman are different because of their physical strengths. 

Want to remove that, there is no incentive to hire women. Even in corporate, the ESG based DEI hiring unfortunately passes more work burden onto performing men, as women's output is not par yet they consume budgets allotted.
