Desis, especially non Punjabi folk are very meek and obedient in general with rare exception. This is more so the case with men than the women. They stay away from conflict and law enforcement. You cannot handle an avg. build black man physically after you enrage them. 

You can only shout these expletives in India where you have power of mob (outsider vs local thing).

Behind the scenes, desis are the most racist on color, nationality, looks, caste, etc. 

In front they are most polite, naive.
