This my own observation.

The total population of Guntur and Vijavada region stands at 35 lakhs today and that is before anything took off in Amaravati. 35 lakhs is a seizable population and bigger than most the US metros if anyone talks about infrastructure sustainability and new people adapting to the region. 35 lakhs is the population of entire SFO metro. No just the city itself

Ni yavva janalu Dubai desert lo vuntunnaru. Amaravati has everything. Proximity to river and sea.

Number two city built from scratch and will planned Roads and other infra with the help of planned Ring Roads, bigger Rail connectivity and Air connectivity.

Hyd is an old crumbling town, Amaravthi is modern bustling city about to complete with the modern greats

Hyd metro area now generates enough economic output so much so that it is now on its own irrespective of political climate. And it will continue growing…Suburbs are now fastest growing than greater city and outsiders, there is nothing as such as outsider's.

I was comparing population of US metro cities for sustainbility and if it would ghost town in future. Absolutely no.

@Copilot development ayyindi ani evadu cheppad vaa. Land acquisition ayyindi. Roads, underground infra, official building started before 2019 and then Jagan came in.

@vetrivel you can stay the fruck away.

@Android_Halwa - oka pakka suburbs growing antav, same logic Amaravati ki apply chesthe vanukutav. I was comparing Us cities for size of population and nothing else

if they wanted to make vjy/guntur as capital then no need of amaravathi hype and massive land pooling ,they could have constructed admin buildings in vjy and guntur suburs and let the cities grow organically.

Suburba growing ani ipudu kuda cheputunna, but daniki oka condition kuda cheppina…Hyd has grown organically so much so that ani and political decisions does not hamper growth.

Can this be expected in the amaravati region ? When one group wields the max authority, it is bound to be end up in controversies and often political.

Hyd grow avuthe entire telangana ki economic fruits spreas avutayi, where in Amaravati, entire state resources kalipi vaddisthe kani oka shape ki raadu. Hyd grow avadaniki appu cheyaledu kuda…

So you should factor conditions as well
