People in my circle including me are moving back to India in 3 years. China went through the same and is clean now. India showing similar progress which should have significant impact in near future. 2 Quote

Even tier 2 cities have a lot of pollution 2 Quote

Even tier 2 cities have a lot of pollution agreed, rapid urbanization is the reason you have to see this in different lens other countries have decades for growth, in India everything has bee happening at hyper speed in the past decade-15 years so the decades growth is compressed into few years and the downsides of traffic, dust due to construction became more glaring as a result also, there have been systemic failures from leadership in building new cities/proper satellite cities planning and that is a fact, not discounting that hopefully, in a few years some of these changes like the traffic and clean air are resolved I'm hoping rapid EV adoption will resolve some of the pollution issues like someone else mentioned in this thread, hopeful as our adoption curve could be hyper here as well compared to other countries in general 1 Quote

Will be a comfortable life. As long as you don't have salary, you will be in lower tax brackets. This is a reason as to why high networth people work for 1 Rupee as salary. They aren't doing social service 😉 Make sure that you don't overplan it. I will just get an apartment in a high rise with good amenities and chill. Quote

Government is giving good subsidies on solar installations and ev. But people have this chaltha hai attitude and looks like they don't care much about others or the country. Quote

Fang means 10-15 million easy. India is tough if you don't have enough passive income....this is the feedback I received from people who already went. 1 Quote
