Now, note I said "NICOTINIC ACID ( carboxylic acid ie., COOH) not NIACINAMIDE ( Amide form RCONH2). It gives you a flush. I took it on empty stomach. Within 20 min my face, body, ears everything became red. I turned into a red tomato. See how back turned red. It goes away after 2 hours. I slept an hour and woke up with a IRON BASHA. It felt strange. My morning woods next three days were every strong. I brushed it off early on. I did try it again today.Same thing. That's 30x higher. You can ingest 1g-2g safely. I'm being specific about the form of B3 as well. Natural B3 is more of mixture. The supplement itself is carboxylic acid rather than a primary amide. Bioavailability is very high and it seems it's a BCS class I. I've read that it also regulates triglycerides and blood sugars in the blood. I plan to take it once a week and get my blood work done in 3 or so months. I will have numbers to talk about it. Quote
