Sambar enduku - Gas. 
Chakkaga mana pappu charu try chey.

Regarding sambhar- Difference is in masala and outside they also add a little bellam.

sambhar lo add cheyaru.. pappu chaaru lone vestaru kontha mandi..

kaadu-- functions lo vaade ingredients lekapovadam valla. 

they add some coconut powder, some rice flour to make it thick, lots of curry leaves,
including certain vegetables too like gummadikaya; also major ingredient is ferula foetida aka devils dung aka asafoetida aka inguva.

bayata dorikedi sambhar-- lots of veggies + drumsticks. 

rasam ante fure tomatoes + tamarind toh chesedi without any daal ofcourse kannadigas use daal in rasam but mana udipi cafe lo dorike rasam  is rasam. 

inka pappu chaaru ante -- households lo chese minimalistic sambar with just onions tomatoes, tamarind juice and dal
