Modi just covered it up as a regular accident. CIA doing this stuff in India is not new. Eppudo Homie Baba tho modalu petti, lepesthane unnaru. Our economy is bigger and lot of quality cream just leaves india or work in private sector where salaries are much much higher. Suppose you are a very good pilot, you can get a very good safe job in india's domestic air industry. Top pilots will always go for middle eatsern airlines, then domestic air industry and migilina valu will go to govt. Same problem in US with govt systems lagging behind silicon valley because smartest ppl go to silicon valley. It's same even in developed country, right? cream go into white collar jobs, lower level go into blue collar or into infantry. I agree on one thing that even here cream go into specialized fields like 3 letter departments and make decent salaries. Some stay in those careers for the taste of the power, some come out and go into private sector, make good money by lobbying using old connections for big bang contracts. Basically private armaments industry should flourish in India and salaries for officers (cream) should be decent enough compared to private tech. Quote

The % of accidents for commercial pilots is far less and hence more pilots would opt for that. Advanced equipment would not always attract the best pilots, but super good salaries would to an extent, so better budget allocation would be a good start. Think about why this incident isnt so talked about, when it should have been. Quote
