instead of OPT , it should be H4 EAD that should be eliminated.. 

atleast with OPT some good students get to work, 

with H4 EAD , it another story, all aunties get to work and steal jobs of qualified struggling H1s/OPTs.. No qualification needed, fake experience, fake resumes,,

How do you decide some opts are genuine and all h4 eads are fake..how many so called  opts do their graduation from top 50 univs in usa..h4 ead lo kuds talented untaremo evadiki telusu
