I never said Andhra Pradesh will deny access to Telangana. I only said that Telangana doesn't have a "right" over our ports.

What are you talking about? If Telangana has a right to Andhra Pradesh ports, why have they been asking to lease a port in Andhra Pradesh for the last year. They don't own or lease any ports in Andhra Pradesh, but they can be given access to ports if they ask for it at a mutually agreeable rate. 

Telangana has right to AP ports, TTD, anyother infra. Pukatla 60years capital use chesukunnaru, looted all wealth.

Ade kada bedaru nenu seppindi, AP cannot deny port access neither it can exert its right over the ports. Telangana is guranteed free sea access…

HYDERABAD: Civil Supplies Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Friday requested his Andhra Pradesh counterpart Nadendla Manohar to extend logistic and administrative support to Telangana in exporting rice through Kakinada port. Speaking to TNIE, the minister said: “After the abundant paddy production in the state, the state government started exporting rice to the Philippines. We may require local official machinery support and need godowns for smooth exports.

We have asked for help from the Andhra Pradesh government.”
