already making plans to move, 2-3 years max, early if something happens, I will not get GC in the next 2 decades and aging parents so not much of choice, tired of visa instability in life and now want to enjoy life, more than half ayipoyindi ee struggles thone, also with AI and chit I'm not sure how much longer there will be decent paying jobs in big tech, days are numbered 

will take up a chill job in India if possible (mostly for Insurance n kids education expenses etc) as offshoring will be there for the next few years (or move to a company that has India offices in Hyd), have to generate passive income though, its a big challenge

Ok, there are enough jobs. But no one wants to sponsor the job / H1B etc...

Aa Pani chesedi ma friend ye...cheptadu sukamaina job anta...poddunne eltadu 8 ki...14-15 musalollami etti kurchi lo kurchopedatadu....next two hours rest cinema chustadu....next malli oo 5-6 musalollali notlo lunch kukkutadu....next malli 1-2 hours rest. Malli evening cloths teesi oo bin lo estadu for wash...final GA musalollali water bottles pettesi return home....max 4 hours work remaining time hod own things like cinema / browsing etc...

 

Veedu magodu kabatti ee panulu adollu ayite all cleaning ye.. bath/ wipes, G kadagatam, brushing etc..but first two months training lo veedu Kuda kadugutad grudda... compulsory nerchukovali for emergency cases....

Monthly 8k with yearly 20 days paid vacation....
