If you make up your mind that it is what you want and you will get it, you will come across them. Lot of people get that opportunity but they spoil it by getting too much involved. I used to be a top performer and I used to do majority of my team's work....but slowly noticed that the more I do,I keep getting even more work. Now I lost interest 😂 It's better for me to utilize that time in self growth rathar than slaving for a company. Quote
