Worst customer service, esp if you miss a flight, even due to their mistake. Big time racists esp against indians. Travelled once. Will not travel even if it's free. Read online reviews.

Yes, the one in JFK is good

Travelled once last year, it’s good, but with what they did during war, will not travel next time

but turkish airlines ni ban chesindha anna Indian govt?? they are still running flights to India from Instanbul.
