Are you sure it's 400+ crores for this event? If so it' waste of tax payers money. They could have built multiple schools and hospitals with that money. 

I felt the same when Jagan spent 500 crores for buildings in Rushikonda, He should have spent that money on improving basic needs of people

You made a good point,but even to argue that it’s money well spent CBN should have gone with IT/City people where stress is high and yoga could help . Tribal people have most unstressed lives . It’s just a scam  most money going into pockets .

I dint yet see any credible news saying that event cost was 300 crores

never liked these type of things  where some celebrity/vip just drives just in time  while the kids have to practise for months on some elaborate routines. 

we used to have these annual days that required practise for more than a month  and the final event was in a stadium. hated it. it was not voluntary.

Jagan's INR 500 cr was spent on a  PERMANENT ASSET for the ANDHRA GOVERNMENT. Andhra government can use it to host distinguished guests, VIPs can use it for its state representatives. Even rent it out for movie shootings.
