This will be going to federal court now A new law suit will be filed in supreme and this citizenship issue will be resolved for good. They might drag it for the next 3.5 years. This judgement is not to validate trump executive order, but to stop district courts giving nation wide injuctions. The constitutional validity of executive order is a separate case. Quote
