Nation wide injunction is now off the table and lower courts keep working on the case, while federal government tries to enforce the EO. What happens then? Many others will fight against the federal action to get new injunctions, and all such cases will be clubbed into a class action law suit. Until that law suit gets resolved not much of enforcement anyway. 1 Quote
