    Same person can vote with multiple IDs.

    Take a1startarak ID for example.

    His other IDs are potentially CanadianMalodu, Teluguredu and Telugodura456.

    All the 4 IDs are owned by one ( or at be most  two) Telugu Turakodu ( Turakollu).
