ManOffSteel Posted July 17 Report Posted July 17 Avoid Texas especially Dallas like a plague. Atlanta is the most well rounded of all.. NC comes next not Charlotte but Cary/Raleigh area.. Austin was once touted as the tech hub but now the home prices are dropping and companies are leaving.. 1 Quote

Close proximity to ATLANTA, and NASHVILLE. Moderate weather. Snow is a rarity. Atlanta in itself is a downgrade imo. Too busy and long commutes everywhere. Alabama ki vasthe cc @aratipandu Quote

Hitman Posted July 17 Report Posted July 17 If you stay 2 weeks in Ft Lauderdale area you won’t think of any other place. Healthy with Limited desi community , lots of Latinos, party vibes 365 days, Beaches and bitches, if interested in planting you can have absolutely all Indian varieties, better infrastructure, easy access to airports. All hurricanes are now diverted to Northern states… Miami is becoming next NYC with all major financial institutions are moving here.. 1 Quote

You will have to fly to take vacations. You will be going from too cold to too hot. Our bodies function well in moderate weather. Dallas is well rounded in opportunities but same cons as Austin. Avoid Texas and you will thank me later. Atlanta is well rounded and decent weather. Airport is good as well. Charlotte weather is good too but smaller airport and mostly banking jobs which will get impacted when there is recession. Atlanta and NC are great places to settle down if you are don't like to plan and just want to drive for vacations. Atlanta Airport is good anav chudu...akade i stopped...akadiki varuku everything fine... That is one of the worst airport to commute in whole USA. Dhani payana aa traffic to get to airport is BS. Any city will have same traffic agreed but airport is crap. People miss international flights after 5-6hrs bcoz of traffic and 1 entry/exit to it. Let's leave local, that's another hell. Most people drive bcoz of this airport things. Now u can say who will travel daily but...if u have. 1 or 2 worst experience that's enough Quote

There has been lot of abuse happened in the past. So companies are playing safe now. Ex- The insurance amount of Our rental property which is not fully protected is similar to our primary residence which is double the value but well protected. Quote
