kakatiya Posted July 25 Author Report Posted July 25 H1b lo layoff ayina vallaki NTA istundhi uscis. What a nonsensical move by current administration. A Notice to Appear (NTA) is a document issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to begin removal proceedings against an individual in the United States. It essentially serves as a formal notification that the government intends to deport someone and initiates the legal process for that. It's not a visa, but rather a document that can be issued to individuals who are found to be in violation of immigration laws, including those on visas Quote

Don’t trust their posts This is from multiple employer lawyers. They are shwoing the proof of NTA. They wont make money out of this as they are asking candidates yo leave usa immediately. If it was for there business they would recommend to use thwir services to counter NTA and transfer to another employer etc.. Instead they are asking to keave immediately and apply from India. They wont make anymoney woth such recommendations.! Quote

akkum_bakkum Posted July 25 Report Posted July 25 NTA question arises when the employer formally withdraws the H1B petition. Some dont anuko, adi vere vishayam. If you have other status retained (e.g. transfer H1B, B-2), this should not arise at all. problem ekkadundi? Quote

It’s up to the employee to provide evidence of lawful presence, such as being within the 60-day grace period, having secured a new job, or having filed for a change of status to another visa category. Anyway it is case by case...these fake lawyers trying to get more clients.. they don't provide details of who is the employer and if they have any red flags. Employees are easy target for USCIS and these blood sucker lawyers.. Quote
