tellapur lo apartment investment cheyyala vaddane doubt lo vunna... if anyone has done it koddiga + or -ves cheppandi...

3bhk apt 2c vundi most of the builders.. aprana,(newlands, 2028 ki handover.)myhome(sayuk,akrida(available now))... Mostly rent would be 40-50k in present market.

my idea is to down 30% and go for loan for the remaining.

leda kondapur lo ready to move apartments vunnayi, not a big builder tho... 55k for 3bhk(1766sft).

koddiga suggestion ivvandi... not sure what to do. intlo em edo oka investment chesseyyandi ani antunnaru..

Bro, if you’re planning to take a loan for an apartment, why not go for a ready-to-move-in one? You can start earning rent from day one, which will help reduce your EMI burden quickly. No need to wait months or years for possession while paying interest

Why to invest in High Raise apartment if it’s for rental ? 
maintenance of the buildings will become very high as years pass by 

why don’t you buy in standalone buildings?

if it is for invetment, i will suggest to go for an apartment where you get good UDS. long time lo better appreciation untadi. go for standalones, or gated with not high rise. below 7-8 floors. 

 

iam also looking for such an investment, which locality in kondapur did you find the ready to move apartment?

buy landlord shares for Aprna new lands for 7700 One time payment. you can see some returns. full price tho ee prices ki waste aa area lo. check Auro regent. It's excellent location

There are plenty of them near My home mangala but roads undavu sakkaga. still they demand 7500/- for stand alone aprtments

ready to move in costly vunnayi... also not sure how to transfer 2c all once at a time.

not sure about  issues that i have to deal with stand alone buildings as i dont have any relatives in hyderabad - registration,hydra regulations, plot ownership, any previous issues with the neighbouring plots.

7-8 floors tho vunna apartments are now very rear. everyone is going for g+35s atleast to make more money. evaro china builders chestunnaru under 10 floors.   nenu chuisindi kondapur lo GHR TITANIA. as of now 8000 per sft vundi. dani pakkana VIVA CITY ani inokoti vundi anta, check if you are interested.

8500 per sft, ready to occupy. nenu personal ga 3bhk(1926 and 2236 sfts) model apartment chusa. amenites bagunnayi .

kakapothe avi g+41 (12 towers, 25 acres )and same myhome vadivi into 2 communites back side ki vunnayi. it will be super dense. renting ki it will be super saturated ani na feeling. i might be wrong also..
