Biotech companies surged 400-500% during Covid (MRNA example). If people did not sell them at right time, it’s a lost opportunity and lost wealth. Booking profits at right time is also important.

Good for them. If you are in US and work for a decent company, you are doing well. Be proud and don’t think of what if scenarios. Have goals, work towards them. Manifestation works great.

Not really. META, GOOG, MSFT have record profits, still laying off. Anyways WITCH stock prices have done well. If employees have not sold stocks, they have created wealth. Do not under estimate the wealth they created. I know coz I own INFY for a long time.
