How many of u have pre-diabetes or diabetes

no eating after 7:00 gave amazing results to me and all my frens.

Cut down that biryani and desi sweets together with American fast food chains.

Depend more and more on fresh veg, fruits and grains in as much unprocessed forms as possible.

As someone suggested karela juice works well together with beetroot, aloe vera juice, 

and finally avoid milk products

oka pedda lota tho health drink laaga coffee & tea 

Chai & Coffee with loads of sugar made & whole milk in all desi house holds.

buy ind sized small cups , cut down sugar in these.

If possible switch to Black Coffee, Black tea.

Above to all of their suggestions I would like to add one thing. 
 

resistance training- muscle building should be focused as well. 
 

see diabetes is something causes elevated sugar levels in your body. 

good muscle mass leads to storage of muscle glycogen so it helps in decreasing blood sugar levels too. 

rich protein diet, fruits, Whole Foods should be the key. you can cut down processed carb’s drastically.

Once we get used to regular tea without sugar.....it will become so tasty.

Sugary tea would taste yucky.

One suggestion for all. It’s easy too. 
 

“Stop snacking”. It’s impossible to find snacks with no processed sugars.

im more used to Black Coffee & variety of tea's

weekends matram normal desi tea, filter coffee.

Correct anna... asalu snacking yenduku chestaaroo asalu when breakfast + lunch + dinner is more than sufficient..

we lose muscle mass drastically once we hit 40's, so strength / resistance training atleast 2-3 times a week is a must

I bought on Amazon India during last visit. Worth buying.

if not try menthulu soaked over night, boil with water and drink. Eat menthulu if u like

True but milk is proven and safe bet...

anyways neeku workout ayitee u can look for alternatives... i also tried avoiding milk in the past and went for plant based options but finally returned back.

  2. breakfast ki 2 masala dosas and two chutneys or idly or upma and 1 tea and I cigratte
  3.  lunch ki rice, sambar, curry, pergugu, avakai pachadi
  4. after lunch office lo sollu chepukuntu 1 cigratte, 1 tea taguthe 
  5. snacks ki hello india ki velladam irani chai, samosa or pungullu
  6. evening rice, spicy chicken curry or prawn curry
  7. padukune mundu 1 cigratte
  8. rinse repeat for weekdays

Weekends

Drinking and eating spicy biryani for 2 days, birthday event, house warming

Prediabetic is caused by terrible life . Stay in dallas you are free from becoming Diabetic
