With AI and automation tho witches are getting squeezed. Last couple of quarters lo they posted negative growth (which itself showing their model of support work , no longer viable anymore ani). Unless they reinvent the wheel and focus on high level innovation/impactful product based services.

my argument simple- when you mentioned about ppl with GC and Citizenship choosing alternative careers; why should they have to pivot when IT offers more money and flexibility.

It is definitely motivating me to not pursue management for that reason and find something else to do.

I am talking about medical billing coding. It is a saturated space but you need good clinic contacts to start.
