More than an excuse it's a fact bro...not trying to justify but if we think about it most of the problems arise with population  like for eg. civic sense that's something one cannot induce as the responsibility lies with parents or societal norms around them...Roads/infra...antha ganam traffic unte yadikelli tevali money to lay road or repair road every few years, any new plans from govt is not easy to implement as the population is spared across different regions, economic backgrounds and some oppose and govt cannot force as it may impact their prospects in future ..population again...

and idhi chala natlu bc biddalu SC biddalu, minorities ni tokkesthara  ani start pedatharu ...one way or the the other population plays key role ...
