Recently, around 20 homeowners went to the sales office asking the management to address the price drop. Toll Brothers’ management gave a very strong response, stating that buyers should never come to their offices asking for refunds.

It’s the same story everywhere. Similar story in Tracy and MH where ppl backed off luckily getting back their deposits before closing. They took the further discounts in coming months and bought. Better situation. But prices are dropping. 
I think we see the bottom this Q4. Anyone wanting to buy a primary it’s time. Investment homes can wait

buying now is not a good idea anna don't panic opts. next year is best time to buy houses
