దేశంలోని ముఖ్యమంత్రుల్లో అత్యంత సంపన్నుడిగా ఏపీ సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నిలిచారు. అసోసియేషన్ ఫర్ డెమోక్రటిక్ రిఫార్మ్స్ (ఏడీఆర్), నేషనల్ ఎలక్షన్ వాచ్ (ఎన్‌ఈడబ్ల్యూ) సంస్థలు సంయుక్తంగా విడుదల చేసిన తాజా నివేదికలో ఈ విషయం వెల్లడైంది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 30 మంది ముఖ్యమంత్రుల ఆస్తులను విశ్లేషించి ఈ నివేదికను రూపొందించారు.

నివేదిక ప్రకారం, చంద్రబాబు  మొత్తం ఆస్తుల విలువ(సతీమణి భువనేశ్వరి ఆస్తులతో కలిపి) రూ. 931 కోట్లకు పైగా ఉంది. దీంతో ఆయన దేశంలోనే అత్యధిక ఆస్తులు కలిగిన సీఎంగా మొదటి స్థానంలో నిలిచారు. ఈ జాబితాలో అరుణాచల్ ప్రదేశ్ సీఎం పెమా ఖండూ రూ. 332 కోట్లకు పైగా ఆస్తులతో రెండో స్థానంలో ఉన్నారు. కర్ణాటక సీఎం సిద్ధరామయ్య రూ. 51 కోట్ల ఆస్తులతో మూడో స్థానంలో కొనసాగుతున్నారు.

ఈ జాబితాలో ఒకవైపు అపర కుబేరులు ఉండగా, మరోవైపు అత్యంత సాధారణ ఆర్థిక స్థితి కలిగిన ముఖ్యమంత్రులూ ఉన్నారు. పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ సీఎం మమతా బెనర్జీ కేవలం రూ. 15.38 లక్షల ఆస్తులతో అందరికంటే చివరి స్థానంలో నిలిచారు. ఆమె తర్వాత ఒమర్ అబ్దుల్లా (రూ. 55 లక్షలు), కేరళ సీఎం పినరయి విజయన్ (రూ. 1.18 కోట్లు) అత్యల్ప ఆస్తులు కలిగిన సీఎంలుగా ఉన్నారు.

దేశంలోని 30 మంది ముఖ్యమంత్రుల సగటు ఆస్తి రూ. 54.42 కోట్లుగా ఉందని, వారందరి ఉమ్మడి ఆస్తుల విలువ రూ. 1,632 కోట్లుగా ఉందని నివేదిక పేర్కొంది. వీరిలో ఇద్దరు ముఖ్యమంత్రులు బిలియనీర్ల జాబితాను దాటినట్లు తెలిపింది. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో అభ్యర్థులు తమ నామినేషన్లతో పాటు సమర్పించే అఫిడవిట్ల ఆధారంగా ఈ విశ్లేషణ చేసినట్లు ఏడీఆర్ స్పష్టం చేసింది. ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రపతి పాలనలో ఉన్న మణిపూర్ రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఈ విశ్లేషణ నుంచి మినహాయించారు.

Did you notice something? 

When YSRCP was in power in last tenure, Jagan was the richest CM in India, now that TDP is in power, CBN is the richest.

 

What does that tell you? Mana state CMs are either transparent and open (to an extent) about declaring the assets OR They are very good at guzzling public wealth, channel them into a business and clean the money?

On another note, none of the CMs are poor and could be as rich or more if not but I want to understand why our telugu state CMs always top the list..

Because the people here in South are very informed about these families - Nara & Yesu ...

They can't escape from public wrath.

As per Nara Bhubaneswari, 400 Cr scam by CBN is not justified because their family is sitting on 20,000 Crore money.

Thats just 2%, so why do my husband cheap lick that 2% is her argument in the court.
