Do you speak or tried learning? You say this with experience or read somewhere?
I have family who learnt Japanese from childhood. They explain why it’s not easy. Kids were able to learn at school. Mom did learn on her own as she wanted to. Father could never learn. 
But it’s a must for everyone to learn. I have seen a lot of chefs and workers in restaurants from bangla, pak, India and Sri Lanka speak. They have been there for ages. BTW Indian food is very popular and in demand in Tokyo. 
We have an office in Tokyo and spoke to some Indian IT people who learnt Japanese. They are married to Japanese people.

I have watched few animation shows on Netflix and I thought japanese was very similar to telugu even before knowing it was an agglutinative language because of words ending with vowels ,then I searched about japanese and then found it is an agglutinative language and also follows sov structure just like telugu.

even they use vowels at the end of English words like road-o,island-o 

Also ,Since they end in vowels ,languages like telugu ,Japanese are easy on the ear while languages like hindi ,german which end in consonants are choppy and not so flowy.
