always remember

ppl buy homes assuming 2 pay checks come constantly . Thats never the case. Even if both working always assume only 1-1.5 pay check as they can be always extended india trips and layoffs /going to a lower pay which gets tough with mortgage payment 

If you are single salary sintakai, 28% of gross should be total monthly mortgage payment including P and I , taxes , HOA etc. Our desis ignore all the basics and go for more than eligible homes and struggle with EMI's

ma community lo new homes ki  with price cuts, incentives,upgrades,closing costs contribution it is coming about 25% lower than the price i purchased 2 years back.

25% ante koncham stress unthadi but it’s temporary. Mana people tho problem too much news views. Specially India news channels danger for People health. Concentrate on job than emi’s. Everything will be okay.
