I spoke at length with his dad also about why his son is wasting time here in US. He explained small construction business involves talking/shouting at labor for getting work done. Engg chadivi maa vadu cheya ledu baga gettiga undali annaru uncle. Also for getting contracts in india managers to connections veru ga unatayi ani cheppadu. 

I asked him to give example. He got a contract for painting DMart Miyapur. He took his son to the meeting. His son gave handshake to Dmart Branch Manager and said hi, uncle generally starts with namaste and dandam. Ala maa vadu adjust avva ledu ani cheppadu. After you get contract like that then you need to enagage with labor from bihar/up to get work done. Uncle earns in atleast 1Cr per year just that its a different way of earning and doing business.

I told uncle take him with you for 1-2 years and he will get used to that culture and its still better than current IT in US. asalu IT untundo ledu telidu, visalu untayo ledu telidu.

Given the current scenario lo, his son definitely not able to earn and save what his father making in India. IT for average joe imported from India has no room unless he is clearly exceptional.
