This did not start with Modi from 2014. India developed nuclear weapons mainly with China in view not because of terr0rism emanating from Pakistan. Modi & BJP are using Nationalism as a bait to garner votes. This is my view point. Pakistans fangs were removed by Indira in 1971 and PVNR in 1991 after imposing military rule in Kahsmir. After that only one direct attack in the form of kargil war happened. Literally in last 25 years, tell me how many people got killed because of terr0rism?
