3) Use air purifiers inside home and change air filters frequently - HEPA recommended

4) Start using one of these Claritin / Zyrtec / Costco based Allergen - one per day. However I will suggest not to get used to it as you may grow immune to them in few years. You could possibly rotate them every year. Use clartin this year may be another one next year

5) Change clothess once your come back in and take shower if you are exposed to long hours

yeah none of these can fix it but give temp relief or minimizes suffering when exposed...only up to  few years of usage, tharvatha our body will get used to it and won't have much impact

Only thing that worked for me in Austin. 

Local vi chala untai stores lo, they won't work. Search for closest honey collector near you and buy from them directly or farmers market. 

Need to start consuming before the allergy season starts

you can try using thick applicaitons of vaseline or vicks around your nostrils (meesalu paina) whenever you need to leave indoors environment, then wearing a mask on top of it will also help as it creates a protective layer. 

sametime be careful not to touch car door handles and home door exterior facing knobs as much as possible or use gloves

now it's a habit and I take daily one spoon, but when I started probably a month ahead and continued till end of fall/spring(used to suffer in Mar-Apr and Sept-oct)

there is no cure..

only precautions. 

honey medicene etc oddu ante...u need to take pollen dosage injected in your body..that needs special approval from your doc.

that is also same lengthy process... 4-6 injections per year depending on ur allergy trigger
