Sri dosa place , New Jersey Above two restaurants model run on free chutney and sambar. You have to self serve the chutney and sambar. I have come across such self serve restaurants where you can self serve chutney and sambar .. Unfortunately regular restaurants don't run on such models..so you have to compromise for taste and portion..if you want to eat dosa or idly..don't go for dine in restaurants ..go for self serve restaurants like chowrastha, hot breads etc..
