Asalu ee question ela adagali anipinchindi Neku buy old fire stick and have IPTV for that only 80$ one year kada

Configure same MAC address to both softwares in the TV. Its accessible in both but can only watch in 1. Sometimes you get conflicts. But you need to exit app properly in 1 TV in order to watch in another.
