Kancharla Ajendra, belonging to the Telugu states, passed away in his sleep in Charlotte, North Carolina. He suffered a sudden cardiac arrest that led to his death.

The death devastated Ajendra’s wife Soujanya and his family members. Along with the grief, the family is also facing financial troubles. In a bid to help the family including Ajendra’s 11-month-old daughter, the NRIs launched a crowdfunding initiative.

They requested people to contribute for the body’s repatriation to India and his funeral. Currently, Soujanya and their daughter are in India.

Ajendra was a loving husband, devoted father, and a kind-hearted person. His friends recollected his generosity and deep love for his family.

Covid(Not the vaccine) weakens the organs.

Vaccine actually protects by reducing the covid impact. Thats why flu shot is a no brainer which gives 40% protection against Covid and at the same time is not a covid vaccine if you are so worried about it.

Stress is big killer.

Previous gen didn't have to deal with long term H1B and H1B lotteries with amendments and working under circumstances where the environment is also Indian. All this while being away from parents and support system.

As if thats not enough, taking care of kids , spending sleepless nights and doing pick up and dropoffs while doing household chores and in depressing winter when you are stressed out due to immigration and fearing job loss.....what do you think will happen?

Its a combination of factors.

Atleast we agree on something....less the flu shot part. Managing stress is sufficient....no need of additional virus strains.

Was talking about US. Try to understand the scenario.

India lo pollution, aldulterated food, covid , traffic and job culture.

If you guys are worried, avoid stress and research Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

It has the ability to reverse genetic damage caused by all these circumstances by flushing the system.

All the damage is evident in one simple factor LP(a). Only Niacin can reverse it.

Internet will talk about big doses but don't go there.... do small.

Not a medical advice. do your own research.

Yeah and if you have enough passive income to cover your expenses and more, stop doing things you don't love.

If you don't love your job, quit. Work on your passions full time.

Avoid Indian restaurants and the junk food ailes in Indian stores like a plague.

Those cookies are dangerous....even the hot and spicy items are horrible.

There are 2 problems with eating junk

  1. Its harmful

  2. You would have eated good food instead which has medicinal properties

Its a lose lose situation.

And Indians are the most Brainless fking idiots......Never put junk food inside the house. If you get a craving, go outside and eat an icecream or something but NEVER get them into your house.

Make it very hard to eat junk and easy to eat healthy.
