Going back next year.

Right now we have a family to do driving and caretaking and a cook.

Going back has never been an easier decision. US had been degrading.

I heard Manduva style is expensive when compared to regular due to wood and labor.

Regular might be 1500Rs per SqFt if you . Manduva might be double right?

Also what about security? Its tougher to secure manduva home. Might be scarier during the night as farmhouses are usually not in populated areas.

So, if you are looking at traditional manduva, then it will cost a lot, involves a lot of manual work and manual labor means more money and time.

Central square about 1000 sft RCC and brick walls as usual, and a surrounding complex with steel and thatched roofs, portico kuda RCC...and any extensions around the central square, go for steel roofing with PVC false roofing should be able to help you with climate control....cost will come down considerably.

Use of materials and speed of work co-ordinate chesthe inkoka 10% savings....like tandur polished stones than marble/granite/tiles...

Security is serious issue...ekadaithe concrete structure vuntado akade valuable etc...steel is also not easy to break through as it makes lot of nosie...having CCTV's, lighting etc helps ..

Yeah, I’ll gladly go back too—right after I magically acquire enough money like you to stop working, spend my days trading stocks, and have a working spouse covering everything.Some of us spent 20 years struggling just to get a GC. You’re the exception, not the rule.
