if the Supreme Court upholds birthright citizenship, the Constitution does not need to be changed. Upholding it simply means the Court is affirming what the 14th Amendment already says and how it has

My best guess is supreme court will upheld the birthright citizenship.Birthright citizenship was never meant as a free pass to have anchor babies to establish citizenship. It was for freed slaves to make things easier for the transition which means offsprings of illegals will have their citizenship revoked retroactively.

Already citizenship unna vallani impact chesthe, there will be millions of stateless people in this country..

next president raagane, first rule to be changed will be this one…

He should limit this to restricting birth tourism or illegal immigrants… legal immigrants ki ivvakapothe kashtam!!

They have to narrow the scope to win this.. it is too broad to make a good argument and win.. if they limit this to birther tourism and illegal immigration, they might win..

oka article chadivaanu… Chinese birther tourism lo every year 1 lakh kids ikkada puttaaru antaa, from the last 12 years or so…after birth, they go Back to China, study there and come back to US when they become 18…

There is an argument that if they don’t give citizenship to kids of illegals, many don’t even come to the country, thus reducing illegal immigration ani…

You cannot differentiate....the interpretation of residents is upto the one in power to interpret that. If the supreme court interprets residents to be only permanent residents and citizens....rest all assam. Reps have been waiting for this moment since decades....thy haven't had the supreme court after the INA of 1962.

You can't be stateless by default. Citizenship by descent will apply. US can simply push the country to accept them as citizens of their own country.

He is actually right.. only a handful of countries still have this rule..

They analyzed the data and realized that all of the Chinese elite class have surrogate babies born in U.S. from the past 12 years or so , either to avoid China’s one child policy or to have a leg here in U.S.

Just like Cartels have human smuggling business, Chinese have an industry for birther tourism..
