April 6Apr 6 Kerala is much more cleaner ,people have more civic sense ,only the roads are little small.Also Real estate in andhra cities are also overinflated especially in vizag ,vjy and tirupati compared to Kerala tier-2 cities(except kochin),you can sell a 2 b.h.k of just 1000 sq feet in tirupati town centre to buy a 4 bhk villa in Kerala tier-2 cities except for kochi and trivandrum .cleanliness in Kerala is much better than even tirupati which is cleaner than all other cities in andhra.Even T.N real estate in tier-2 cities is overinflated but chennai is more stable compared to other tier-1 cities .
