Alcohol is a diuretic as well. Stop coffee & alcohol cold turkey and get checked again say after 2 -3 months and see what results would look like.

Make Sure your body have exposure to sun light.

no carb no sugar is not feasible for ppl in active chex life. some amt is needed for mind to be in good mood. nobody wants to become body builder here

It's a misconception that body builders do keto. Infact muscle is about 80% water. Carbs are fuel.

Not true Anna… my Chex life improved after keto diet.. 1-4 weeks will have mood swings as your body is getting adjusted to it and you need to drinks lots of water and occasionally coffee and tea.

I didn’t do keto for body building.

Just curious what kind of supplement you are taking? can you post it here? Can you share some research papers that helped to get to that conclusion. Thank you

I am taking magnesium glycinate.. Honestly I dont know if its Magnesium or Potassium deficiency, Serum test for this 2 are useless, as only 1% is in blood and rest is in cells/bones. I got help from chatgpt and Dr Berg videos to conclude its magnesium deficiency.

carbs and even some cholesterol are needed for chex. too much carb with no exercise is of course bad which many ppl here do and that must be avoided but zero carb all protien is not always good. some amt of carb and cholestrol is needed

Dr Berg is Chiropractor MD not a medical doctor, I have seen him quote bad research in some of his videos be cautious. Did your doctor suggest Magnesium glycinate supplement?

"Symptoms are muscle cramps, fatigue, minor twitching, dizzyness, palm itching and muscle/bone pain."

I think bone pain usually fits with Vitamin D deficiency, also the palm itiching (based on frequency) is B12 deficiency symptom. I could be wrong. Talk to your doctor about these symptoms. Also ask him if you need thyroid test. If you feel the doctor is not that helpful talk to another doctor. Better to take a second opinion or third opinion. Plz Dont self medicate.

Actually this is very helpful insight, I am kind of borderline on Vitamin D3 (35), and borderline on B6. Honestly I am not sure if its Magnesium/Potassium , but like you said online information can be deceiving. I am meeting with Primary care physician to talk about it. Really appreciate your input.
